There is no doubt that you applied global thinking and put it together with local actions. But you seem to forget about one issue - wealth of your local users. To me it is frustrating that you are giving very attractive price to german or finish users (9 EURO/month) and at the same time you are charging polish users 15 EURO/month. The one who is responsible for pricing policy should take a look at List of countries by GDP (PPP) per capita (IMF) . Finland : 22. 34,401$ Germany:19. 35,930$ Poland: 44. 18,837$. The only way you justify this pricing is that in Poland you have no series competition so you want to squeeze as much as you can out of polish small business.
