This year e-conomic international is proud to sponsor the Baker Tilly EMEA conference, which will begin this weekend in Cyprus, lasting from April 30 – May 5.
Baker Tilly International is one of the world’s leading networks of independently owned and managed accountancy and business advisory firms. In Denmark, Baker Tilly International is represented by the chain Dansk Revision.

e-conomic and Dansk Revision, which represents Baker Tilly in Denmark, both focus on the SME segment
An ongoing discussion of the cloud
The Baker Tilly EMEA conference will be a unique opportunity to meet with managers, partners and other key accountants who all have a simultaneous desire to explore new ideas for business development, and e-conomic wouldn’t miss it for the world!
We would like to continue a constructive dialog with Baker Tilly’s European offices on how cloud computing, and online accounting software in particular, can help make accounting offices more flexible, cost effective and service-oriented.
A proud partnership
Here at e-conomic, we feel that this sponsorship is a natural extension of the great relationship that already exists between Baker Tilly and e-conomic, and we look forward continue expanding on this partnership in the future.

Large, global companies have been outsourcing expensive administrative tasks for many years – but now the rise of cloud computing has paved the way for small and medium businesses to do the same thing.
Outsource accounting tasks
The Danish mobile telephony provider Vopium has recently done just that – they have sent all of their accounting-related tasks from Scandinavia to Pakistan via the e-conomic online accounting software.
By moving administrative tasks outside their own countries through the cloud, Vopium is able to cut costs while simultaneously streamlining their business significantly.
Vopium replaced the C5 desktop accounting software with the e-conomic online system, which has enabled them to move all accounting tasks to Pakistan without trouble.

SMEs are beginning to outsource their accounting tasks through the cloud
e-conomic across boarders
Here at e-conomic, we are very fixed on companies such as Vopium that have a need for cross-border collaboration. We can really help these kind of companies since our system can be customized to different languages and local conditions without additional costs.
One of the many benefits of this solution is that small businesses no longer have to pay for expensive software licenses. If they need to do their accounts in several countries, they only need one e-conomic subscription which can then easily be used in other languages.
You can read the full article about the opportunities that cloud computing provides for Vopium and other small businesses on the e-conomic website.
Online accounting – whenever, wherever
It is clear to see that the demand for the flexibility of deciding where and when to do your accounting is continuing to grow.
But what about you? Has your company joined the world of cloud computing yet? Would you consider outsourcing your accounting tasks overseas?
I would be happy to hear you viewpoint on the matter.
